Major Updates to meed MVP

Today, we released two major updates to our meed MVP, or as we call it, meed Version One.

The updates are:

Admin Management

Before today, we had a single user. The account owner can now invite other people to work on the loyalty program. Administrators can do this in the business portal, where they can create campaigns in the loyalty program or as app users, enabling them to scan customer QR codes and execute rewards and redemptions in-store.

Location Management

Now, businesses can add multiple locations to their loyalty program, whether they all have the same brand name or are different brands in the same program. This is important for two reasons. First, it offers a link to Google Maps for directions to businesses. Most importantly, it enables merchants to track where people join their meed-powered loyalty program and in which locations customers earn and redeem rewards.

And one additional piece of news:

The whitelist is no more.

Now, anyone can sign up for a free account with meed to test it out by visiting the Business Portal at portal.meedloyalty.com

One program, running with one location, one seat, and one active campaign—for example, a digital stamp card—will be free forever.

For just US$39 per month (or US$390 per year), you can add up to five locations with five users and run unlimited campaigns. Upgrading is done inside the portal while you are logged into your free account.

For businesses with more locations, please reach out to us at enterprise@meedloyalty.com.
